1. Scope of Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on

The services include:

  • One on one telephone sessions

  • Complimentary 10 minute introductory sessions

  • Written ancestral and epigenetic guidance

  • Other personal guidance services offered on the website

 
2. Nature of the Work

The services provided are intended for personal development, self-reflection, and energetic or ancestral exploration.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

No diagnosis, treatment, or healing promises are made.

All decisions, actions, and interpretations remain the sole responsibility of the client.

 
3. Booking & Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

  • a service is booked through the website, and

  • payment has been successfully completed.

For telephone sessions, the booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

 
4. Payment

Payments are processed via the payment providers offered at checkout, including but not limited to:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

All prices displayed on the website are final prices.

Sessions and written guidance are payable in advance.

 
5. Complimentary 10 Minute Session

The complimentary 10 minute session is offered once per new client.

There is no entitlement to repeated free sessions.

The provider reserves the right to discontinue or modify this offer at any time.

 
6. Written Guidance & Immediate Performance

Written guidance is prepared individually and begins shortly after booking.

By purchasing written guidance, the client expressly agrees that:

  • the service begins immediately after purchase, and

  • the right of withdrawal expires once the preparation of the written guidance has started.

 
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Telephone sessions:

    Once a session has taken place, no refund is possible.

  • Written guidance:

    No refund is possible once the preparation has begun.

If a session cannot take place due to the provider (e.g. illness or technical issues), the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

Further claims are excluded.

 
8. Responsibility & Self-Care

Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

If a client is experiencing an acute crisis or emergency, they are advised to seek immediate professional help from appropriate medical or emergency services.

 
9. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including texts, written guidance, concepts, and materials, is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, or publication without prior written consent is prohibited.

 
10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the client’s country of residence remain unaffected.

 
11. Changes to These Terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with future effect.

The version valid at the time of booking applies.
